1. Description of the service

JustMe is an anonymous, AI-powered conversation app that helps you talk through, structure, and reflect on your thoughts and feelings about your life and patterns of behavior.

You are talking with an AI-based system, not a human. Every response you get from JustMe is AI-generated.

The app includes the following main parts:

• Chat — free-form conversation with the AI;
• About Me — a reflection of recurring patterns the AI has noticed (based on saved conversations, see the Privacy Policy);
• Grow & Discover — a personal coach, goals, a 7-day self-analysis, and "Archetype" (a description based on your star sign + Chinese zodiac animal combination);
• Overview — an overview of the topics you've shared;
• Burn — the ability to permanently and instantly delete any conversation.

2. What JustMe is not

JustMe is not a medical, psychological, or psychotherapy service. AI responses are supportive and reflective in nature and do not replace a qualified professional (doctor, psychologist, therapist, crisis counselor). Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete — the AI does not "know" you or understand your situation the way a person would.

JustMe's AI is designed not to give direct advice or steer you toward major, life-changing decisions (e.g. ending a relationship, moving, changing jobs). If you talk about another person in a conversation, the AI does not automatically validate your judgments about them, and may offer an alternative perspective.

3. Crisis situations and safety

If you are experiencing:

• suicidal thoughts;
• a danger to yourself or others;
• a serious mental health crisis;

please seek professional help immediately (e.g. a crisis helpline, emergency services, or your nearest emergency department).

JustMe may detect certain wording as indicating risk and offer you information about support services/helplines within the conversation. This is additional support, not real-time monitoring or an emergency service — because users are anonymous, we have no way to contact you directly or determine your location in a crisis. Responsibility for your own and others' safety in an emergency always rests with you.

4. Age limit and minors

JustMe is intended for users aged 16 and up. By using JustMe, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, we recommend using JustMe with the knowledge/consent of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.

Because the app does not collect identifying information or date of birth, content and tone adaptation (e.g. simpler, more neutral language for younger users) relies on the age information the user provides themselves — we have no technical way to verify age.

5. Anonymity and the absence of an "account"

JustMe does not have an account in the traditional sense. You're given a random identifier (ID) on your device, which is used to recognize your conversations (when saving is turned on). This ID is not linked to your identity and cannot be recovered if you delete the app, switch devices, or clear the app's data — in that case, your earlier conversations and settings are permanently lost.

6. Your responsibilities

By using JustMe, you agree that you will:

• not use the app for anything unlawful, harmful, or that endangers others;
• not attempt to abuse the app technically (e.g. automated requests, circumventing security measures);
• understand that AI responses are informational/supportive, not binding instructions, and that you are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Subscriptions and payments

JustMe offers a free tier with limited usage, as well as paid subscription tiers (Plus and Premium) that unlock additional features (e.g. more conversations, Grow & Discover features). You can always find exact prices and terms on the App Store or Google Play subscription page — these may change over time.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that platform's own payment terms (including cancellation and refunds). We never see or process your card details.

8. Intellectual property

Rights to the app, its design, brand, and technology belong to Nordic Model OÜ. Text you enter into conversations remains yours — we do not claim ownership of it and use it only to generate a response (and, if you've chosen to, to save it per the Privacy Policy).

9. Limitation of liability

JustMe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI responses are always accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Our liability for damages arising from your use of JustMe is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and may temporarily suspend the service (e.g. for technical maintenance). We will notify you of material changes within the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation fall under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
