2. What Data Is Processed?

JustMe does not collect the user's name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal data.

The user may voluntarily define:

• age range

The application may technically process the following data:

• device technical data (e.g., operating system version)
• anonymous usage statistics
• crash reports

We do not collect or store IP addresses or persistent device identifiers for the purpose of identifying users.

3. Conversations

By default, conversations are not stored on the server.

During use, messages are temporarily transmitted to the AI service provider (OpenAI API) solely for generating responses.

If the user enables conversation saving:

• conversations are stored on JustMe servers;
• the user is not linked to a name or other identifying personal data.

The developer does not have access to information that directly identifies users.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The application uses limited analytics and crash reporting tools to monitor and improve service performance.

The processed data may include:

• app usage frequency
• feature usage patterns
• technical error reports

This data is used exclusively to improve service quality.

It is not used for advertising or user profiling.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• ensuring proper functioning of the application;
• improving service quality;
• developing features;
• personalizing user experience (based on age range).

Data is not sold and is not used for marketing profiling.

6. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

• user consent (when providing age range);
• legitimate interest in ensuring a secure and functional application.

7. Data Retention

The age range is stored locally on the user's device until:

• the application is removed; or
• the user deletes the data in the app settings.

Saved conversations remain stored on the server until the user deletes them.

Analytics and technical data are retained for a limited period according to the service provider's configuration.

8. Third Parties

To provide the service, we use:

• OpenAI API – for generating conversation responses
• Apple App Store / Google Play payment systems
• servers located in the European Union

Payment data is processed entirely by Apple or Google.

JustMe does not sell or share user data with third parties.

9. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• receive information about data processing;
• withdraw consent;
• delete data stored within the application;
• lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

Since JustMe does not collect identifying personal data, it is not possible to identify users server-side or provide individualized data extracts.

10. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated in accordance with applicable law.
